For our Client, a company which focuses on HVAC area, we are looking for:

 

Junior Equipment Sales Engineer
Miejsce pracy: Poznań
Numer referency 1910336/JT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and customer assistance
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers through regular customer visits
  • Day to day selling activities i.e. identifying sales opportunities, qualifying them, preparing proposals with the help of Sale Support Team and presenting them to the customers, following up on them, negotiating price levels and terms and conditions within the company guidelines and assigned limits, acquiring orders
  • Constantly monitor market trends and benchmark against competitors in the assigned territory, feed this information back to the management

Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical Degree – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Nice to have: Proven experience in the area of sales, preferably in HVAC equipment area
  • Languages: Polish fluent and English at least on communicative level – a must;
  • Skills: computer skills – capability of using MS Office
  • Soft skills: communicative, open-minded; driven for success, ready to negotiate with the customers; good at building long-term relationships with the cooperates
Level of travelling: 80% (Wielkopolska, Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Lubuskie) - home office
