Your responsibilities

  • Depleting regional and global excess

  • Discontinued and excess global, regional and local codes management

  • Discontinued and excess stock reporting

  • Discontinued and excess products write-off

  • Discontinued and excess stock distribution coordination

  • Provide best performance in order to reach KPIs

  • Planning and managing sell out actions via flyers and internet offers in European markets – product choice, cannibalization check, pricing, implementing plans into the system, cooperation with forecasting and creative team

  • Implementation and execution of regional and global processes and strategy

  • Participating and representing Europe in Global Excess and Discontinued meetings

  • Cooperation with other regions in order to share excess stock

Our requirements

  • Internship experience in an international company as an Excess and Discontinued Planner, Stock Controller, Demand Planner, Marketing Specialist or similar

  • University degree Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Finance, Logistics or Management

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Junior Excess and Discontinued Stock Planner should be analytical thinker as well as marketing and sales planner. This is a combination to stock level controlling, quick reaction to appearing excess and planning a sell out via catalogue and out of catalogue actions. A perfect candidate for this position should have analytical skills and be proficient in MS Excel to provide proper reports and draw conclusions. A person on this position should be well organized in order to deliver on time and control all planned sell out actions. An ideal candidate will have an ability to clearly present data, draw findings, and propose solutions.

Excess and discontinued stock planning is one of key roles in Oriflame business. The role takes responsibility for excess and discontinued stock sell-out in European markets and warehouses, inventory write-off and distribution coordination, as well as participation in regional/global processes concerning stock management. Role requires also building cross department cooperation to avoid/reduce excess risks.
