Your responsibilities

  • Doing day-to-day operations: balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring, preparing standard reports, making business to business collection calls and negotiating with customers on overdue invoices

  • Checking that transactions are booked according to accounting policy

  • Ensuring efficiency & high quality of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger processes

  • Supporting month-end closing activities

  • Participation in improvement projects

  • Cooperation with other team members

Our requirements

  • Willingness to develop in Finance&Accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger)

  • Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)

  • At least secondary education (High School diploma)

  • Higher education in accounting/finance/economics/mathematics and/or accounting courses would be an asset

  • Eye for details

  • Very good communication skills, customer orientation, eagerness to learn & develop, very good teamwork skills

  • Knowledge of accounting principles as well as any experience in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable would be an asset, but it’s not requirement

  • Experience in SAP knowledge is a plus
