Your responsibilities
Providing direct financial support & expertise to support the Finance Manager in providing best in class Management Information to both Client and CBRE management
Working closely with Finance team to implement baseline and savings tracking reporting and analysis
Participating in preparation of annual budgets
Month end close – accruals, adjustments preparation (client and CBRE books); variance analysis (budget vs actuals), ad hoc reporting for client and CBRE related to differences, revenue, margin and TWS in CBRE book
Credit Control and Invoicing- invoice receipting, PO maintenance (analysis), helping the operations/project team with resolving issues with payments for supplier (missing items, payment terms, ad hoc queries)
CBRE invoices management, Client POs & Analyzing Account payables and Budgeting – billing to client, AP/AR analysis & reporting, solving recognized issues with SSC teams, assisting the Finance Manager in the budget reviews
FMP activities- 3rd party cost reconciliation, analysis and approvals of PO’s requested by the operations and project teams, PO tracker & billing schedule files updates.
Financial support and analysis- assisting with project reporting and client project accruals for month end close, balance sheet monthly reconciliations, preparing SOX checklists/ad hoc reports related to month end close postings
Our requirements
Master degree in Finance or similar education
Advanced English and Polish - written and spoken
At least one year of professional experience in financial accountancy and/ or financial analysis
Excellent knowledge of excel (pivot tables, vlook-ups, grouping)
Strong analytical skills
Team work skills and problem solving
Ability to work independently
