Your responsibilities

  • Review and challenge current processes ‘as is’

  • Find opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize time spent

  • Create, develop and implement a new dashboards/tools for better piloting

  • Prepare and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis and investigate issues to drive relevant business decisions

  • Cooperation with financial stakeholders (controlling / accounting / shared services)

  • Cooperation with external stakeholders (supply / CMO / project teams)

  • Participating in the other group projects for optimization of financial processes

Our requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Controlling Area.

  • Master degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting and understand the dynamics of the work in a big international company.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Technical individual, at ease with systems and tools : advanced knowledge of PowerBI and

  • Excel is a strong asset.

  • Result oriented, ambitious and energetic personality who takes ownership

  • Excellent organizational & communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and manage complexity

  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.

  • Fluency in Polish & English required.
