Your responsibilities
posting of bank statements and settlement of payments
invoicing of other sales (tooling, projects, waste)
issuing correction invoices for price differences
supervision of proper issuance of sales invoices
confirmation of balances with external and internal customers, reconciliation of balances
debt collection, reporting
cooperation with the department of logistics, quality in clarifying discrepancies in quantity, quality
preparation of documentation for VAT purposes (export receipts, confirmations of receipt of goods)
other administrative activities
Our requirements
higher education (preformed accounting, economics) or student of last year
good knowledge of accounting principles, accounting and tax processes
basic experience in a similar position
nice to have good English skills
good knowledge of MS EXCEL
organizational skills
