Currently we are conducting the recruitment process for a global company from Ireland that provides consulting, modern technology and outsourcing services. They cooperate with the largest and most recognizable companies, supporting them in the process of business transformation through five pillars of their activities: Strategy, Consulting, Digital, Technology and Operations. They work in over 200 cities, in over 40 industries.

Junior Finance Specialist with German/French

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting month-end closing activities
  • Checking that transactions are booked according to accounting policy
  • Doing day-to-day operations: balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring, preparing standard reports
  • Participation in improvement projects
  • Support Request on behalf of sales force i.e. Amendments, Pricing sheets or quotes etc for service requests
  • Support building training curriculum & Work Instructions
  • Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Finance&Accounting (PtP, RtR or OtC)
  • Knowledge of English and French or German (min. B2 level)
  • At secondary education (High School diploma)
  • Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset
  • Proficient MS Excel
  • Hands-on experience in working on Order to Cash process ie Agreements/Contracts, Quote Management
  • Very good understanding of L2S process Agreements, Amendments, Pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, reports etc.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge on KPI’s and SLA’s
