Your responsibilities
Preparation of Group monthly management accounts
Monitoring the performance of the Group
Responsible for Financial Reporting of consolidated group and entities
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting of the consolidated group of entities
Participation in the Group's year-end close process
Cooperation with the Group's auditors
Cash management of the Group
Preparation of ad-hoc analysis
Reporting to the financing banks
Preparation of new templates and ability to improve support tools
Employer requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as part of financial reporting/controlling team
Real Estate experience and SAP will be an asset
Good command of English
Excellent working knowledge of Excel (VBA will be a plus)
The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, reliable, and a self-starter
Ability to work independently and with colleagues in different areas of the business as well as part of finance team
Candidate can work under pressure and deliver tasks under time restraints

For our client real estate company with stable and growing business model, currently we are seeking for a Candidate for newly created position of Junior Financial Controller based in Warsaw (City Center). The candidate will be responsible for cooperation with banks, financial reporting of entities to investors and owners. The person is supposed to work independently as well as part of a team. His /her duties include taking care financial controls, budgeting and all financial operations.
