Your responsibilities
Work with the finance team to review and analyze month- and year-end closes
Assist in ongoing work with internal control and compliance, including reporting and framework
Contribute to the creation of interim and annual reports for the Group and legal entities
Assist in the consolidation reporting of the Group's entities
Participate in the audit of the Group's consolidated financial statement
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent education
At least 2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or controlling
Knowledge of MS Excel and interest in systems
Fluent both, in English and Polish
Flexible mindset and always looking for new improvements
Structured and takes ownership of tasks
Can work independently and as part of a team
Enjoys working in a challenging and collaborative environment
What we offer
We are currently seeking a Junior Financial Controller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a developing role and contribute to the company's continuous growth. You will be part of the Group's financial control team, which includes 3 people, both in Sweden and Poland. You will work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, as well as participate in the development of current processes and routines. In this role, you will report to the Financial Control Manager in Szczecin, Poland.
