Your responsibilities
Prepare and support in monthly reports that include Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow and analysis of manufacturing variances, transport costs, warranty claims, overheads, headcount and capital expenditure
Support in monthly forecast preparation and yearly budget
Preparation of cost provision proposal report for Finance Manager Poland & Romania to reflect true cost in Kingspan reporting periods 4-4-5
Preparation of local monthly fixed costs reports adress to all functions with deviation analysis
Support in preparation of half year and Annual Statutory Financial Statements
Periodic review and reconciliation of balance sheet and profit and loss positions
Ensuring compliance with the Kingspan Group accounting manual
Support in both Interim & Annual external and internal Audits
Our requirements
Higher education
At least 3 years of experience in the financial reporting gained in the production environment – preferably
Experience gained in Big 4 will be treated as an asset
Good knowledge of English
MS Office proficiency - MS Excel in particular
SAP – as an asset
Analytical skills and attention to details
Proactive approach with strong motivation
