Cooperate with Global GSS Controlling and Regional/Unit Management & Controlling/Finance
Support procurement process for external consultants and contractors
Maintain Master data (e.g. structures in finance systems)
Analyze financial data
Prepare monthly management dashboards which facilitate global or regional GSS performance management
Support or lead projects and improvement initiatives
Support planning and forecasting processes
Support and conduct tasks related to the monthly closing processes
Support implementation and effective use of IT tools and processes (e.g. further improvement of BI tools)
A University degree, or currently a student in Business Administration (Finance/Controlling/Accounting preferred), Business Engineering or Business Informatics or in progress
Ability to evaluate problems in order to recommend pragmatic and effective solutions
Strong communication skills, also in English
Eagerness and enthusiasm to take ownership of responsibilities
Very good MS Excel skills
First experience in controlling/financial analysis will be an advantage
