Your responsibilities

  • Support with OCM processes assigned to you for supporting Functional Cost Group Owners and Regional Cost group Owners

  • Close cooperation with HQ Finance Team

  • Work with stakeholders to support continuous improvement of mindset regarding operating cost culture and raise financial transparency of reporting provided to management

  • Scrutinize various data sources (financial and non-financial), to seek saving opportunities

  • Prepare periodic management reports used in monthly performance meetings

  • Review and analyze performance vs. budget, latest estimate and last year etc

  • Prepare other ad hoc reports, sensitivity analysis, cost deep-dives

Our requirements

  • Proven analytical skills, able to consume lots of numbers and make appropriate decisions yet able to present findings in an appealing manner – both in writing and orally

  • Good communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders across organization (including top level management)

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in Controlling with a solid knowledge of financial controlling processes and data analysis

  • Quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and drives the company’s agenda

  • Very good English, both written and spoken

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office especially Excel

  • is a team players who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for themselves.

  • University degree in finance, accounting or business administration

  • Experience in working with SAP or other ERP system would be a plus

  • Experience in working with HFM or other reporting system would be a plus

OCM team is a part of a HQ and OCM team (total 10 FTE). OCM part consists of 3 FP&A analysts, has been assembled to provide wide range of controlling services for Group and support companies with OCM activities in all regions (Western Europe, Easter Europe, Asia, Central functions).
