    Junior Fraud Associate with basic German

    Main tasks:

    Working here you will be responsible for research on anomalies in customer orders and accounts. You will be working within the parameters of department guidelines while making decisions on risky transactions at a rate consistent with established department guidelines. Confidentiality of customer information is required and decisions have a monetary impact to QVC and the customer. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical so legitimate customers are not impacted by the effort to prevent fraud. Additionally you will have the authority to close customer accounts and flag addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers, IP addresses etc. to ensure any future orders placed with the same characteristics are stopped.

    We are looking for candidates who:

    • Are able to fluently communicate in English (B2 level or above)
    • Have at least basic understanding of German (A1/A2 level)
    • Have excellent written communication skills required to provide comments on accounts in a clear and concise manner for customer service to understand
    • Have ability to navigate quickly and multi task through systems and software
    • Are proficient with Microsoft Excel
    • Present the ability to deliver a negative message in a positive manner
    • Have strong analytical skills to identify fraud trends and properly decision orders
    • Present the ability to make quick decisions using sound judgment with limited supervision
