Your responsibilities

  • Support execution of client specific procedures and controls

  • Assist / support the management of existing client relationships

  • Act as the first line of contact for client requests and escalate to management when operational issues arise

  • New Business Take On - Supporting system set up, validation and liaising with appropriate shared services teams

  • Client Service Delivery - Dealing with daily client interaction, fielding and routing client requests to appropriate people/teams

  • Assist with the creation of internal or external reports

  • Billing

  • Assist management as required with risk assessments

Our requirements

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken (C1)

  • Previous experience in company administration and/or trust administration will be a plus

  • A service oriented disposition and the capacity to manage time of self

Job purpose

You will be responsible for servicing existing client funds to a high standard. You will work closely with senior administrators, managers and directors responsible for the fund(s) that they are assigned to.
