Your responsibilities
understand the tailor-made processes and software of Deutsche Leasing,
stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements within Deutsche Leasing to develop, automate and modernize systems,
maintain understanding of changing business needs and the subsequent impact on processes, technology and compliance within Deutsche Leasing,
define business problems via in-depth investigation and gather of technical and non-technical information,
identify improvement opportunities and contribute to project / development road-mapping,
working closely with Deutsche Leasing subsidiaries in 23 countries, internal IT departments, IT suppliers and managerial staff,
requirements’ preparation, analysis and coordination (combination of requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analyses, impact analyses, participation in change management),
documenting and communicating the results of your efforts,
active participation in software releases and performing user acceptance testing,
managing smaller projects and business initiatives,
prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements,
conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings,
effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management,
assist in developing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of operational teams.
Our requirements
strong analytical thinking ability, with the ability to collect business requirements, create use cases (business cases), model business processes (experience in leasing / financial institution would be an advantage),
ability to anticipate potential problems and implement solutions, with strong problem-solving skills,
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engagement, high motivation, dedication (assertive, determined), ability to conduct workshops and lead discussions,
willingness to work in international environment (including international business trips, as required),
attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work,
educational requirements: master university degree, preferable in business, economics, statistics, mathematics or IT (last year of education would be also acceptable to consider),
IT skills: proficiency MS Office, certain IT or Business Intelligence experience would be an advantage,
language skills: very good English skills, German would be an advantage.

Perfect candidate should be passionate about problem solving, should possess excellent communication skills and should be eager to learn constantly. Motivation to deliver effective business analysis and designing solutions is critical. We work mainly on project basis deliveries in constantly changing environment (business environment / various systems).
