Your responsibilities
Staffing of employees
Preparation of employee documentation
Administration of employee benefits
Coordination of employee absences
Preparation of statements/reports
Providing substantive support in the field of labor law to employees and managers
Support of the Compensation & Benefit Team
Our requirements
Experience in working in a similar position concerning HR / Personnel administration area (minimum 1-2 years) is a must
Good knowledge of Polish labor law is a must
Knowledge of English at a communicative level (B2 in reading and speaking)
Knowledge of MS Excel at a proficient level
Knowledge of the SAP HR system is an advantage
Independence, accuracy, good organization of work and commitment to assigned tasks
