Junior HR Administration Specialist with French and Italian

Your responsibilities

  • HR administration for our client in Switzerland (Swiss capital group)

  • Issuing, editing and updating of employment documentation (employment references and certificates)

  • Current status documentation tracking (mails, checklists, terminations)

  • Constant mail contact with HR Experts, supervisors, employees in French and Italian

  • Entering and maintaining of employee data (SAP & Success Factors) – new hires, changes in employment conditions, absences, time management, personal data changes, terminations etc.

  • Direct employee support on the HR hotline

  • Travel management: Managing regional tickets subscriptions (as an option)

  • Close collaboration with HR Team in Switzerland

Our requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken French and Italian (at least C1)

  • Knowledge of German would be an asset

  • Working knowledge of English

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role would be an advantage but it is not a must

  • Strong Customer Service Mindset

  • Systematic and efficient time management, used to work to a deadline

  • Team player attitude

  • Attention to details and good editorial skills

  • Ability to handle tasks and assignments independently

  • Fast learner

  • Effective communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
