Your responsibilities
Administering personnel hiring, employment continuity and terminations in dedicated HR systems and tools
Creating and maintaining personnel files and other documents for the legal purposes (Employment contracts, contracts of mandate, contract extension, B2B, work certificates)
Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of HR operations in line with labor and payroll code for the entities in scope (including GDPR)
Coordinating preparation for internal and external audits in cooperation with other departments
Coordination of background checks procedure in cooperation with HR Director
Acting as a point of contact for labor and payroll matters, ensuring day-to-day HR administration support to employees
Support of document workflow for internal relocations
Preparing and maintaining HR statistics reports
Our requirements
At least 1 year of work experience as HR Administrator, HR Generalist or similar role
Min. bachelor degree or equivalent (Economy, Accounting, Finance)
Practical knowledge of Polish labor law, social security, and tax rules in a payroll area
Proven experience with working time regulation in Poland would be an asset
Previous in an IT company will be a plus
Knowledge and working experience of Excel
Very good command of English
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast pace, international environment
