Your responsibilities
- Be a single point of contact for managers/employees in all HR-related topics;
- Providing support for a dedicated organisation in the following scope:
- Recruiting (selection of the best fit candidates);
- Supporting in running timely HR processes and input of correct data to PeopleSoft HR system(annual appraisals, mid year reviews, succession plans, salary increases);
- Training (collection of training requests, tailoring training scope);
- Supporting Internal communication;
- Employer branding;
- Supporting HR projects.
Our requirements
- Master’s degree preferably in HRM or Psychology;
- Min. 3-4 years in HR Specialist role in production company;
- Experience in HR BP role will be an asset;
- Practical knowledge of following processes: recruitments, trainings, people development, internal communication, etc.;
- Knowledge of labour law;
- Fluent English;
- Multitasking ability;
- Ability to adapt fast in a dynamic organisation;
- Demonstrated competence to work with a minimum level of supervision.
