Your responsibilities
- Collaborate on a lot of growth opportunities in both HR and Recruiting
- Help plan and celebrate team-building events, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
- Schedule company events, meetings, etc.
- Help maintain and update job postings online
- Help maintain accurate data in our HRIS
- Provide an excellent experience through communication and follow up with job candidates
- Prepare agreements, offer letters, and other documents for acknowledgement and/or signature
- Support background checks process using online systems
- Partner with managers and IT to determine proper equipment to send to employees
- Process expenses, expense reports, and assist with payroll checks
- Other duties as assigned
Our requirements
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- At least 1 year working in an HR department
- Proficient in professional-level English
