    Junior HR & Payroll Administration Specialist with French or German

    Depending on the role, your future responsibilities would include:


    Front Office:

    • acting as a point of contact for customer’s employees, HR departments and third parties for HR- and payroll-related questions, such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits deductions, time and attendance, attestations
    • resolving customer queries in compliance with time and quality requirements
    • handling electronic inquiries (e-mails)
    • acting in accordance with the culture of electronic communication to respond to customers on time and receive all phone calls within the deadlines

    Back Office:

    • delivering HR transactional services in a specific area such as employment, training, compensation, benefits or pensions
    • entering payroll-related data into SAP HR
    • controlling and correcting all potential errors in payroll calculation
    • preparing prompt and correct statements required in the process according to customer’s orders
    • reviewing and verifying incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the established policies and procedures
    • archiving all required documents both in paper and electronic form
    • preparing reports concerning personnel administration process

    If you:

    • have an excellent or very good command of German or French
    • speak English at least at a communicative level
    • have BA or MA degree in such fields as: Accountancy, Finance, Mathematics, Foreign Language Studies or other type of Accounting education (as an advantage)
    • have basic MS Office skills
    • have an analytical mind
    • are a process-minded, reliable and customer-oriented person…
