The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR. Your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience for IBMers by delivering HR-related services and supporting our employees as they support our customers and clients. Your Role and Responsibilities

An employee in this job role has responsibility for either the design or operational aspects of one or more IBM employee benefits programs within a particular country or region. Benefits specialist engaged in the operational aspects of IBM’s benefits programs will have primary responsibility for day to day operational activities such as implementing design changes, resolving individual employee questions or issues, managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts if needed. In addition, this job role requires frequent teaming with other IBM functions on matters involving legal compliance, employee relations, employee communications, and financial reporting related to the benefits programs. Roll out of a benefits communication. Operation delivery on the benefits programs.
Ensuring processes comply with appropriate business controls. In addition, also some admin HR tasks will be part of this role.

The job scope will particularly cover:
  • Benefits Administration
  • Review and update of benefits processes
  • Cooperation with procurement and broker regarding contract changes and tenders
  • Manage implementation of program design changes
  • Local analysis and reporting
  • Data input to HR systems and preparing benefits data to payroll
  • Organization of preventive health actions
  • Intranet review and update regarding benefits sites
  • Coordination of work medicine examinations
  • End to end subject matter expert for benefits processes
  • Benefits Focal Point
  • Keeping HR databases/systems up-to-date, accurate and comply with relevant legislation
  • Parental rights – documentation
  • Provides ongoing operational and labor law support for employees and managers
  • Administration of HR-related documentation for candidates and employees
Requirements:
  • 1+ similar experience in HR department
  • Experience in labor law preferred
  • Interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • English intermediate (writing and speaking)
  • Polish fluent
  • MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to plan own time effectively to ensure all information delivered error free and on time
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with colleague of different seniority
  • Strong team ethics
  • Prioritization and organization skills
  • Experience working in international companies preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong documentation and follow up skills
