Your responsibilities

  • Recommending enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing processes and procedures.

  • Supporting employee life cycle management processes such as on-boarding management, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers.

  • Managing employee documentation and employee helpdesk for query resolution.

  • Managing employee personal data, validating any personal data changes with appropriate sign off procedure and validating any documentation required.

  • Supporting managers with administrative tasks and documentation.

  • Being the key contact person for interns - making sure that all information is provided to newcomers before the first day of employment.

  • Coordinating the distribution and delivery of civil contracts/documents for interns.

  • Coordinating distribution and/or return of hard copy documents issued by Payroll provider or HR Department, required during employment.

  • Maintaining, updating and sending to Payroll Provider data related to new joiners-interns and changes to employment conditions and personal data.

  • Conducting onboarding trainings and exit interviews for interns.

  • Assisting in organizing company integration events.

  • Supporting HR Manager in coordinating all tasks related to Time and Attendance and its accuracy.

  • Updating HR database.

  • Being the key contact person for Benefits providers and for employees.

  • Maintaining, updating and sending to benefit providers employee data required for obtaining medical care, life insurance coverage and benefits offered by the company.

  • Performing monthly checks of invoices issued by Benefit providers to ensure correct pricing has been applied (compliant with contract conditions, covering only active employees).

  • Resolving employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.

  • Managing sick leave data.

  • Supporting company's participation in job fairs and conferences.

  • Coordinating activities of interest and sports groups.

  • Organizing and coordinate events for employees in the office.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Fluent English.

  • Previous experience in HR will be a strong plus.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

  • Proactive approach and analytical skills.

  • Excellent teamwork skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work efficiently on simultaneous assignments under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.

  • Strong initiative while working both independently and as part of a team.

  • Determination in pursuit of goals, energy and dynamics of action, persistence and flexibility.

  • Being oriented towards fulfilment of not only individual but also corporate goals.

  • Passion for business and desire to find ideal solutions.

  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and assist whenever needed.
