Your responsibilities

  • As part of your tasks related to Poland, you will work closely with the HR Manager and the Senior HR Specialist for Poland.

  • You will be involved in the preparation, completion and organization of employees' personal files. You will also be able to participate in HR projects, so it means that you will have the opportunity to work with many people in our organization!

  • As part of the European structure, you will support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in CEE and SEE countries.

  • You will support me by direct search for candidates using modern tools. It will be a great chance for you to see how we use artificial intelligence to find talents around the world!

  • On a daily basis, you will work with several tools for managing the relationship with the candidates. You will manage the database, organize recruitment meetings with me and hiring managers and publish advertisements.

  • Last but not least - as a support for the Payroll Leader, you will be collecting and preparing data for the payroll several days a month.

Our requirements

  • We would like you to have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position and university degree, preferably in the field of HR or administration. Undoubtedly, it will help you quickly get used to the tasks!

  • We require a minimum of knowledge in the field of labor law as well as modern recruitment techniques and methods.

  • We are very dynamic team, which is why we hope that you will be a Team Player who will be able to work under time pressure, prioritize your tasks and at the same time build positive relationships with our employees and candidates.

  • Due to the fact that you will be involved in the preparation of various types of data, a very good working knowledge of Excel is essential.

  • We would like you to speak Polish fluently, but due to the fact that we are an international organization, English at the level of min. B2 is also necessary.
