Your responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable tasks – issuing various types of intercompany invoices; open item management (aging, netting)

  • Accounts Payable tasks – processing intercompany invoices ensuring relevant codding

  • Monthly intercompany reconciliation – preparing proper reconciliation, confirming balances with counterparties, investigating, and solving differences.

  • Preparing and posting journal entries, accruals, adjustments, corrections etc.

  • Cooperating with various Teams, which perform postings on intercompany accounts: AP, AR, GL, Supply Chain and Treasury

  • Ensuring correctness and maintenance of master data for internal suppliers/customers

Our requirements

  • Experience within accounting area

  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English (min. B2)

  • Knowledge of the AR/AP processes and policies and full ability to apply these in the daily work

  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems

  • Knowledge within GL area would be an advantage

  • Results and solution-oriented with an ability to work within a global environment

  • Good customer service skills and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Proactive with a strong drive and integrity

  • High degree of attention to detail

About the position

Junior Intercompany Specialist plays helps the Specialists with the company`s month-end close process, resulting in complete and accurate financial statement. On this position you will be responsible for preparing, managing, and controlling journal entries, accruals, recharges, reconciliations, and other relevant accounting processes. Also, you will be the main point of contact for finance managers, lead accountants, business controllers and financial controllers regarding intercompany transactions.
