Maintains company’s IT infrastructure and ensures that the IT environment of the company is running, effective and provides sufficient level of availability of the services.
Installs, manages and configures workstations, servers, smartphones and business applications.
Diagnoses and resolves IT environment problems, measures availability and collects data allowing planning for improvements of the IT systems.
Works together with internal security team, DevOps team, third parties and other teams in order to ensure that the IT systems configuration reflects needs of the company.
Develops and maintains the documentation of the environment to ensure it is updated and presents up-to-date state of the IT environment.
Skills in managing IT systems in flexible, multi-location and international environment.
Good understanding of Windows Active Directory environment and Windows operating systems as well as Office 365 and Azure AD,
Experience in administration of cloud business solutions (e.g. Office 365, Azure AD),
Knowledge of MacOS and Linux operating systems allowing for basic configuration changes. Good knowledge of IT network configuration,
Good Powershell scripting skills,
Very good spoken and written English,
Self-motivation and attention to details.
Working knowledge of Azure / AWS / other cloud solutions,
Understanding of personal data protection requirements.
