    For our Warsaw office, we’re currently looking for:

    Junior IT Helpdesk Support with English
    (3 month contract)
    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

    Goal: to provide 1st line of support to Stanley Black&Decker end users globally. 
    Work time: 14:00 to 22:00 (Monday-Friday)


    • Respond to Service Desk phone calls in English
    • Log IT issues, categorize, prioritize and analyze them
    • Resolve end-user issues or escalate to relevant assignment groups as appropriate according to standardized procedures
    • Work in a dynamic environment


    • Fluency in English
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Availability to work full time from 2 p.m. till 10 p.m. (Monday-Friday)
    • Experience in the IT field is not necessary
    • Experience in customer service, call center environment will be a plus
