Your responsibilities
Actively and independently searching for candidates both in local and international market
Searching, interviewing and delivering candidates to open roles
Guiding candidates through the sourcing process
Keeping database up-to-date
Creative sourcing with usage of networking tools
Supporting operational activities (contracts/invoices)
Customer Relations Management
Support to Sourcing Consultants / Account Managers
Our requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to have a career in IT Talent Sourcing / Headhunting
Communication skills on international level
Problem-solving oriented, organized
Working pro-actively, flexible, creative
Operational skills (reporting, scheduling, etc.)
Fluency in English and Polish
Good to have additional language skills (such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese etc)
Nice to have direct searching and headhunting experience
Good computer skills (Word,Excel etc.)
University Degree
