Your responsibilities
- reviewing applications and performing preliminary phone interviews with candidates (We’ll start with this so you can better understand how our organization operates.);
- supporting, and later conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for back office and IT positions (We know you may need assistance at first - and we’ll help you! Later on we’ll bank on you conducting recruitment on your own.);
- collaborating with leaders of different business areas with regard to recruitment (Our managers are really great, open to new ideas, and cooperative. We expect you to provide them with solid support if you join us.);
- safeguarding Candidate Experience (We strive for everyone who applies to want to work here, regardless of what the end result of the recruitment process turns out to be. Yours will be a key role in this regard.);
- supporting the administration of selected HR processes (We need someone who can review and update our internal databases.);
- help in implementing enhancements (We already have a few well-developed processes operating in our HR space, but we’ll count on your proactivity too. There’s still a lot of interesting work ahead of us.)
Our requirements
- experience in recruitment (a minimum of 6 months). We’ll appreciate, but do not require, experience in IT;
- very good command of English (C1). This is a non-negotiable must. Our clients are global and we communicate in English, so a thorough verification of candidates’ language skills is always part of the recruitment process;
- readiness to learn. We need someone with a genuine interest in HR. We have tons of fascinating projects that we’ll be more than happy to involve you in;
- receptiveness to people and positive energy;
- effectiveness and a keen sense of responsibility. We’ll help you get going, show you how to do things, and provide guidance. But at the end of the day who we are looking for is a person who, once settled, will organize themselves independently, and who can see things through to the end without supervision.
