Our team is responsible for the recruitment of IT specialists for the Accenture Technology Consulting division, which carries out innovative projects in the field of implementation and integration of IT systems, security, infrastructure, cloud solutions, business intelligence and advanced analytics. Accenture is constantly evolving, we have a lot of work and the IT candidate market is difficult and demanding. That is why we are looking for new people who will want to develop their career as IT recruiter, who will join the ranks of our team.

What will you do?

  • With the guidance of an experienced leader, you will have the opportunity to learn about the full recruitment process for IT positions and take responsibility for selected recruitment projects, i.e. collecting and analyzing the needs of hiring managers, designing strategies for acquiring suitable candidates, active sourcing, cooperation with agencies, reporting
  • You will have the chance to participate in internal employer branding projects and activities
  • You will have the chance to participate in internal employer branding projects and activities

What we expect from you?

  • A little bit of experience in the recruitment field like an internship or 6 months of professional experience
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about the IT specialists' market - what are the expectations of the candidates, what are the challenges and how to react to the rapidly changing reality
  • Business maturity and high personal culture - a recruiter is the candidate's "first contact" with the company and we want you to be able to build a positive candidate experience
  • The ability to establish partnerships and effective relationships with our hiring managers is also important
  • Good command of the English language - we use this language in our work on a daily basis.
