Your responsibilities
Drive end to end recruitment process
Screen and review applications
Conduct phone interviews with candidates and partner them throughout the recruitment process in professional manner ensuring best in class candidate experience
Source and attract passive candidates using multiple tools and online channels
Cooperate and build trustful business relations with Hiring Managers
Be an active team member that comes up with ideas when it comes to promoting the company and jobs
Proactively search IT talent pool to build a pipeline of potential candidates and networking
Cooperate with external vendors and suppliers e.g. pracuj.pl
Prepare reports when necessary, inform Hiring Managers about statuses of requisitions and/or possible obstacles
Update recruitment system in a systematic way avoiding backlogs
Our requirements
1+ years of end to end recruiting experience in a corporate, start-up or agency environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Fluent English
Good understanding of MS Excel
