Your responsibilities

  • Investigating reported issues based on application logs

  • Monitoring Anixe services

  • Keeping a professional relationship with clients

Our requirements

  • Interested in technology

  • Willing to learn and develop new skills

  • Advanced in English spoken and written

  • Fluent in Polish

  • Autonomous and creative team player

  • Strong communication skills

  • Available to work 12h shifts (night shifts included) – but you can plan it :)


  • Previous experience in Support/Helpdesk environment

  • Experience in: reading XML Logfiles, using Linux terminal commands, performing manual tests

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as: Grafana, Pingdom
