Available to work 12h shifts (night shifts included) – but you can plan it :)

Previous experience in Support/Helpdesk environment
Experience in: reading XML Logfiles, using Linux terminal commands, performing manual tests
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as: Grafana, Pingdom
