Your responsibilities
Widely understood IT support for office employees
Installation and management of tele-information, audio and video infrastructure
IT systems administration including SCCM, Active Directory, MS Exchange
Configuration and administration of office IT equipment including computers, laptops, telephones
Ensuring the continuity of work of multifunction devices, e.g. printers, plotter
Installing applications on workstations and maintaining the application directory
Training employees in the IT area
Help organising meetings / rooms for IT installation
Keeping IT infrastructure documentation
Aligning with global IT policies
Our requirements
First degree related to Information Technology or comparable qualification
Fluent in Polish and very good English skills
Basic IT knowledge with willingness to develop new IT skills
Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task is preferred
Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment is preferred
Optional
Previous experience with Service Desk or Local IT support would be an asset, but not required
Previous experience with remote support including troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution, software deployment will be considered as a distinctive asset

In this role you will assist our IT Support Officer who is the first point of contact for IT related questions. Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for office-based and remote employees, ranging from basic requests to complex issues that require immediate resolution or escalation. These duties will be performed in compliance with policy guidelines and within timeframes as defined in the team’s SLA and/or project requirements. Whilst you will mainly support the Warsaw location, you can also expect to be involved in providing support to other locations across Europe (e.g. Germany and Denmark).
