Your responsibilities

  • Reaching sales targets with big J&J Vision Care customers (chains, eCommerce);
  • Forecasting sales;
  • Preparing marketing plans and training programs to support growth with our customers;
  • Controlling budget;
  • Analyzing data and improving effectiveness of cooperation and investments by drawing right conclusions and making right decisions;
  • Meeting customers, building trust and good business relationship, both one-to-one meetings and in teams (organizing cooperation with key stakeholders);
  • Setting plan of action for sales representatives to implement agreed actions in headquarters to store level;
  • Supporting sales representatives in key stores of managed chains;
  • Reporting results to National Key Account Manager and other management members.

Our requirements

  • University degree (preferred majors: management, economics, marketing);
  • Proficiency in English (free communication + writing);
  • Ability to build (using insights), implement and coordinate strategy to work with big accounts (retail chains, Internet shops, wholesalers);
  • Ability to learn quickly and being open for developing new skills;
  • Experience in negotiating skills;
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams (both internally and externally);
  • Creativity and initiative supported by past experience;
  • Fluency in calculations and data analysis;
  • Presentation skills;
  • Excellent time management and self-organization;
  • Resistance to stress and difficult situations;
  • Knowledge of the optical industry will be an advantage (not obligatory);
  • Readiness to travel long distances (whole Poland) and stay overnight if needed;
  • Driving license (active).
