Your responsibilities
preparation of drafts for contracts, legal opinions and other documents
participation in monitoring the correctness, functioning and development of processes and infrastructure for the protection of personal data
participation in the preparation and ongoing updating of documentation in the area of personal data protection
support in providing ongoing legal advice, in particular in the field of trade secret protection, intellectual property protection, GDPR, labor law
analyzing legal issues (legal research) and support in technical activities
preparing presentations and conducting trainings
Our requirements
completed legal studies (or a final year student) or the status of a trainee attorney-at-law
paying attention to details and careful performance of tasks, as well as the ability to see the reasons for the indicated solutions and the constant desire to deepen the knowledge of the processes and specificity of work in the company
very good knowledge of the use of the Office suite, in particular Word and PowerPoint
basic knowledge and interest in GDPR and intellectual property law as well as willingness to develop in these areas
ability to quickly search for information and clearly and logically formulate thoughts (in speech and writing)
very good command of English (including legal English), allowing the creation of documents
previous work experience in a law firm or the legal department of the company
