Your responsibilities
- Capturing clauses under pre-defined fields
- Preparing contract templates (calibration)
- Working with all types of contracts ex.: commercial, public, MSA, NDA, SOW
- Working with Senior Associates on Quality and Knowledge Management
- Reporting based on contract information
Our requirements
- Have fluency in English
- Hold Law Degree / or law student
- Have previous experience in contract review projects
- Have an excellent attention to detail skill
- Have an excellent time management skill
- Have a strong investigative and analytical skillset
- Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be IT Literate - with skills across the Microsoft office suit
- Be a fit for Factor’s culture and for our core values
- Additional language skills will be an asset

In this Junior Lawyer role you will be working alongside Senior Contracts Analysts, Senior Associates and Project Managers and be a part of a team using cutting edge technology to review different types of contracts for one particular client at a time.
