Your responsibilities
Validation of input data accuracy for Lease Templates received from Ecolab organization
Communication & follow-up on data completeness with global stakeholders
Proactive Recording of Lease contracts into the Lease Accounting system based on gathered templates
Tracking all changes in template status
Answering questions received from Local Organizations
Template preparation for Big Vendor Leases
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Finance/Accounting area or equivalent accounting courses will be an asset
Very good English (written/oral) is required
Good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel )
User skills in CoStar software will be an asset
Solid communication and cooperation skills
Ability to work in a multinational environment
Ability to work flexible hours during month close
Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical abilities
Positive approach to problem-solving

As a Junior Lease Accounting Specialist, you will be mainly responsible for lease contracts administration and reporting to support Global Ecolab organization. In this role, you will need to review new templates, input any changes related to the lease and manage Big Vendors leases.
