Ensuring maintenance of master data related to controlling
Calculating non-Standard Accruals
Calculating and preparing managerial reports in pre-agreed format and ensuring data correctness and completeness
Performing the month end, quarter end and the year-end close process
Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with suppliers, employees, OpCos and other key stakeholders
Executing assigned process controls and proactively report any instances of non-compliance
Identifing issues and using the agreed escalation route in a timely manner if an issue should arise
Identifing opportunities for improvement within particular process
Responding to queries from OpCo via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes
You have relevant educational background and/or experience in Finance/Accounting/Controlling
You are fluent in English
You have excellent Excel skills
You are focused on results and details
You have excellent collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
