Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to Regional Procurement strategies development and execution by analyzing regional spend data and understand the business needs, screening and collect market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities and identifying productivity, cash, revenue saving potentials across End-2-End SCM process.

  • Supplier Performance Excellence Management for a given Dairy/Packaging products portfolio,

  • Support, contribute and conduct Bid/Tender Events and negotiations process,

  • Support and contribute to the risk management process of commodity and index exposed Dairy products,

  • Assure Mondelez Policy, Supplier Quality, Food Safety and Audit compliance for all products sourced,

  • Support Operations Management and Contracting process,

  • Internal Stakeholder Management and Productivity agenda lead on a given Dairy products portfolio (frequent connects with R&D, Business Development and other business stakeholders).

Our requirements

  • Graduate status (up to max. 1 year after graduation) & Students of last year (BA & MA)

  • University courses preferred: Supply chain management, Economy, Logistics, and other analytical based degrees

  • First working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management function (FMCG industry preferred)

  • International and project experience preferred (students exchange; international projects)

  • Fluent English, Polish or other European Language will be an advantage,

  • Mobility + high level of flexibility

  • Profound analytical and  good negotiation skills

  • Good excel skills, comfortable to analyze and work with data,

  • Pro-activity and passion

  • Good business understanding

  • Basic knowledge of contracts, invoicing and negotiation terms.

The Role of Sourcing Specialist will be contributing and supporting the management of strategic sourcing activities for assigned regional Dairy/Packaging materials portfolio. Main scope includes development and execution of sourcing strategies. Furthermore, successful candidate will be in charge of establishing partnership and demonstrating great stakeholder management, to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. This role is working closely with the regional business and global Spend Area teams to facilitate best practice sharing and drive advantage in cost, quality, service, and compliance to the organization.
