We are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Marketing Coordinator

Your responsibilities

  • Provide newsletters to our dealers for our brands

  • Coordinate collaboration with our external partners (ex. Social media agency, graphic designer agency, printing company, etc.) for content creation

  • Translate the content into an omni-channel communication plan

  • Implementate the annual communication plan, the campaigns and the accompanying media plan also newsletters

  • You come up with creative and new angles to continue to inform and inspire our customers and partners

  • Participate in the development and coordination of effective marketing. Keep the websites and commercial documentation up-to-date

  • Provide customer support with regard to marketing support, promotional materials and other marketing incentives. Analyze and report on the success of our marketing actions and campaigns

Employer requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and communicate fluently in Polish and English

  • Microsoft Package (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) on a good level

  • Creative, dynamic, solution oriented and enterprising personality

  • Team player who builds bridges with different teams within our organization (sales, product management, customer service, technical team, etc.)

  • Ability to build good relationships with different sparring partners and stakeholders, even if they are sometimes physically located in different places

  • Strong organizational skills and like to work independently on different projects at the same time

  • Passion for communication and presenting skills (creating presentation & presenting it)
