Your responsibilities
Keep Oracle master data accurate and up to date,
Update cover financial responsibilities of AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets,
Verify documentation submitted by the business,
Accurate entries to master data,
Seek improvements to optimize the master data process,
Solve issues related to submitted documentation as well as periodically controlling the correctness of the Master Data records,
Provide guidance to the business regarding the requirements defined in the policy,
Perform regular clean-up activities, and other activities as required by the procedures and policies.
Our requirements
High education in accounting/finance or/and another related field,
Experience with SSC or Outsourcing environment is very welcome,
Hybrid work (2 days/week in the Office),
Experience with Oracle is very welcome,
Experience with master data processing,
Willingness to develop in related areas,
Excellent communication skills,
High customer service skills - emails and calls handling,
Strong analytical, process improvement and conceptual mindset,
Excel – at least intermediate level,
Very good command of English,
Proven ability to work under pressure,
Customer focused individual.

About the role:
As a Junior Master Data Specialist, you will support all EMEA GBS Krakow financial process teams in keeping Oracle master data accurate and up to date. You will update cover the financial responsibilities of other teams for all countries in the assigned scope. The Junior Specialist ensures accurate entries to master data and actively seeks improvements to optimize this activity. Being part of the Financial Analyst and Compliance function, the individual will also participate in various improvement projects and compliance activities.
