Your responsibilities

  • Manages flow of goods at optimal efficiency for dedicated scope (selected low-medium complex suppliers/products)*

  • Responsible for managing stock: BBD & inbound transportation, incl. load building, transport capacity and inbound balancing for dedicated scope*

  • Performs with supervision inventory management and ensures FIFO in terms of inventory controlling

  • Steers transfers between Distribution Centers

  • Acts as a contact person of HAVI Supply Chain to suppliers* (e.g. exchanges planning figures/forecasts) with supervision of Team Leader)

  • Manages purchase orders for dedicated scope*

  • Accountable for processing inbound and outbound claims with suppliers

  • Ensures that the quality of services meets internal and external customer requirements

Our requirements

  • Fast learner open to learn and develop in Supply Chain area

  • Experience in the relevant area of expertise or internal HAVI experience would be an asset

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in German (min. B2 level)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (min. B2 level)

  • Good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems is an asset

  • University degree in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent experience is an asset

  • Can do attitude with ability to work as a team member, but also act independently

  • Continues Improvement mindset

  • Good analytical and problem solving abilities
