Your responsibilities
- Timely and accurate issuing of Sundry Sales invoices.
- Processing invoice issue requests through the internal ticketing system.
- Process bank statement postings and ensures a high level of proper first-time allocations.
- Issue and post credit/debit notes for customers and effectively perform customer account reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Perform accounting activities related to trade rebates and commission (creation, settlement, adjustments, and reconciliation of provision).
- Respond to queries from other BC entities or SSC departments regarding O2C finance accounting matters.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovative process solutions.
- Review and develop O2C procedures, and update process instructions.
Our requirements
- Master's degree (Finance, Accountancy).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of SAP is an advantages.
- Good analytical skills.
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving approach.
