Your responsibilities

  • running Employer’s office,

  • handling of correspondence,

  • reception and service of guests,

  • supervisory over Employer’s documentation,

  • dealing with monthly payments for office-related expenditures,

  • managing the VDR (Virtual Data Room), including the responsibility for keeping the data most up-to-date,

  • managing and being responsible for filling all office related agreements,

  • taking minutes from management meetings,

  • coordinating recruitment process and onboarding of new employees,

  • preparing weekly and monthly reports on current matters,

  • cooperating with customers, external suppliers and consultants,

  • organizing meetings and trips,

  • organizing special events,

  • support of Employer’s other departments.

Our requirements

  • higher education;

  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;

  • knowledge of English at the advanced level - is a must;

  • computer and office equipment skills;

  • knowledge of MS Office package

  • professionalism and personal culture;

  • ability to work under time pressure and independence;

  • accuracy in the performance of assigned duties;

  • high level of commitment, communication skills, diligence, reliability;

  • ability to communicate and work in a team.
