Your responsibilities
Tasks related to the Purchase-to-Pay process, such as create purchase order, creation of suppliers, maintenance of supplier data, catalogue management, handling purchase orders, invoice issue resolution etc.
Processing of GI/IR reconciliation report
Support at Intrastat declaration
Support with creation of local Materials as well as maintenance/updating of pricing and conditions for local Materials
Delivery Reminders to suppliers
Receive supplier quotations, create a PO, and send information to stakeholder
Order confirmation from supplier, check data correctness and consistency
Participate in cross-functional teams to improve current processes and solve problems related to the Purchase-to pay-process
Our requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree
At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Customer Service or Purchasing department
Communication (written and oral) in Dutch is a must
English knowledge
German knowledge would be an advantage
Knowledge of ERP system would be an advantage
Knowledge of SAP Ariba tool would be a strong benefit
MS Office skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Attention to details and ability to operate under pressure and deadlines
Proactive approach and motivation, with good verbal/written communication
Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a part of a team in a global organization
