Your responsibilities

  • Developing employer branding strategy (in collaboration with EB/HR Manager)

  • Running Railwaymen's social media (IG+FB) by publishing Employer Branding content and building engagement among the community

  • Organizing Employer Branding events (bonding events for the whole team or specific project team)

  • Taking care of the company's social and benefit offers and gadgets

  • Running the company’s internal newsletter

  • Employee lifecycle management (onboarding, engagement screening, etc.)

  • Documents flow management

  • Support with the organization of international trade fairs

  • Administrative support (correspondence management, contact with contractors and office suppliers, taking care of guests visiting the office, office shopping, taking care of the office)

  • Supporting HR and Payroll Manager with daily duties

Our requirements

  • Excellent work organization (is a must)

  • Ability to prioritize and switch between tasks (multitasking shouldn’t be scary for you;)

  • High motivation to gain new skills & knowledge

  • High teamwork ability (that role requires cooperation with team members from different departments)

  • Research skills and ability to conduct each process from nuts to soup

  • Reporting abilities

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Fluent English (min. B2 level is a must)

  • Availability to work stationary from our office (full-time availability is a must)

Optional

  • Knowledge of tasks management tools, such as Trello, Meistertask or Jira (will be a plus)

  • Prior experience in startups or IT companies (will be a great asset)

  • Min. 1-year experience in a similar position (will be considered as a plus)
