Your responsibilities
Processing of client instructions and relevant clients’ static data (e.g. order input, status changes)
Continuous interactions with internal and external counterparties
Following up on queries (e-mails, phone calls)
Internal reporting on the status of pending transactions
Participation in quality control and development of the process (procedures and checklists updates)
Investigating and fixing any issues regarding daily business to avoid delays
Monitoring of pending items and ensuring the follow-up until final resolution
Our requirements
Master degree - preferably graduated from economics or finance
Interest in financial markets and capital market operations
Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
Flexibility and openness to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to work under time pressure
Fluency in English (work in the international environment)

As part of the BPO Competence Center at Sii, we are running a project for an international financial institution, in which our team of 20 Junior Operations Specialist supports operational business processes of banking systems. The office is located in the center of Warsaw.
Working in project is characterized by high dynamics, the ability to work with data and tools such as Excel. Due to the international dimension of the project, the team mainly works in English.
