Your responsibilities
- Maintaining daily contact with international financial entities
- Processing transfers instructions and relevant clients’ static data (e.g. order input, status changes)
- Actively participating in onboarding of new clients and implementation of new products;
- Identifying weak points in the daily processes and implement solutions for their improvements
- Being a part of end to end order processing flow
- Working in conjunction with various operational teams within department in order to deliver value for our clients
Our requirements
- At least 1 year of prior experience in financial industry
- Very good command of English language (knowledge of Italian would be an asset)
- Knowledge of MS Office; extended Excel/VBA knowledge would be an asset
- Ability to work under time-pressure and swiftly changing environment
- Independency and reliability within the scope of assigned tasks and objectives
- Self-motivation, desire to learn and develop, attention to details
- University degree or final year student
