Junior or SAP Master Data Specialist - German (fully remote)

Your responsibilities

  • Correction of incorrectly created master data entries and creation of master data structures in our customers SAP system.

  • Setup of promotions in customer SAP system after consultation with the customers across article categories.

  • Testing of master data/promotion changes before final clearance and release to production.

  • Daily alignment with category management of customer organization.

  • Weekly creation of standard reports for external partners.

  • Correction of incorrect transaction based on customer defined rules.

  • Failure analysis upon customer request to identify root cause of incorrect master data on customer Point of Sale system.

  • Networking with internal teams to share best-practices and increase knowledge sharing

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics or similar field or relevant work experience with exposure to SAP

  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills (at least B2). Polish is not required. Fluent written and spoken German language skills (at least B2)

  • IT literate and savvy with MS Office applications (especially Excel).

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Highly motivated and proactive problem solver

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality

Job Description:

We are building a new team of SAP Master Data Specialists that will support the retail business of one of the biggest oil & gas companies in the world. As a Junior or SAP Master Data Specialist you will be supporting the DACH region ensuring the master data with regards to pricing, promotion and marketing is accurate and up to date. To achieve that you will be in constant contact with the customers’ key stakeholders such as Category Managers.

In this role you will have a chance to develop and deepen your expertise on SAP as well as have a direct impact on the customer operating model. As this role is within a software organisation it is a great starting point for an IT focused career.

Location: This role can be done fully remotely from anywhere in Poland.
