Department Overview

The Supply Chain structure is currently being dynamically developed here in Cracow. It includes Order Management, Order Validation, Order scheduling, Demand and Supply Planning. The department is new on one hand, but it is expected to become a Center of Excellence in the global structures in the near future. Supply Chain is supporting sales process and operations on a daily basis starting from forecasting through order scheduling and management, securing material availability up to shipping. Order Management organization supports Motorola Solutions Radio and Systems business by processing and managing the NA orders.

Job Description

  • Complete order management/order cycle for all internal and external customers by performing various activities: order entry, change order process, hold management in close cooperation with - finance, credit, export control, product groups, PM’s, sales, etc.
  • Providing information about order status
  • Coordination of orders with other Supply Chain departments
  • Adapting to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Providing Sales support with regards to order management, customer queries
  • Participating in monthly close activities that result in heavier workloads and are critical to corporate financial performance

Basic Requirements

  • Willingness to work US hours (mixed shifts)
  • University degree (bachelor of business administration/master) or comparable
  • Formal industrial and commercial education
  • Business fluent, English - required
  • Excellent knowledge about MS office
  • Excellent time management
  • Dynamic, creative, and good ability to present and assert oneself
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to judge
  • High rate of sensitivity of the mentality, business culture, and practices in a multicultural environment
